Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed to work with minimal data. We collect and store only what is necessary to provide the App's features.

Information stored on your device (local storage only):

• Workout data – Workouts you create, perform, or save (e.g. exercises, sets, reps, weights, duration, timestamps).
• User profile – Settings you choose in the App, such as weight unit (lbs/kg), height unit, available equipment, number of circuits, sets per circuit, and similar preferences.
• Body weight history – Body weight entries you log in the App, if you use that feature.
• Tutorial / onboarding – Whether you have completed the in-app tutorial (so we do not show it again).

This information is stored only on your device using the device's local storage. We do not receive, transmit, or have access to this data on our servers.

We do not collect:

• Name, email, or other account identifiers (the App does not require an account).
• Location data.
• Health data from Apple Health or any other health platform.
• Photos, contacts, or calendar data.
• Browsing or usage analytics.
• Advertising identifiers for tracking.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information stored on your device solely to:

• Provide and personalize the App (e.g. generating workouts, tracking progress, saving preferences).
• Allow the App to work offline.
• Improve the App's functionality and performance over time through updates.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

3. Data Storage and Security

• All data described above is stored locally on your device.
• We do not store your workout or profile data on our servers.
• Data may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear app data, or lose or replace your device. We are not responsible for restoring such data.
• We do not transmit your workout or profile data over the internet, except as necessary for normal App Store or operating system updates (e.g. downloading app updates).

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses:

• Apple / App Store – For distribution and updates. Apple's privacy practices apply to those interactions; see Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Expo – As part of the technical framework used to build the App. The App does not send your workout or profile data to Expo.

We do not integrate advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social login. If we add third-party services in the future that process personal data, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, obtain consent.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or higher age where required by law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@aiah.us and we will delete it to the extent we hold it.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access / deletion: Because data is stored only on your device, you can effectively "delete" it by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App. We do not maintain a separate copy of your data.
• Corrections: You can change or delete your profile and workout data from within the App.
• Opt-out: There is no account or marketing to opt out of; the App does not send marketing communications.

If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA), and you believe we hold your data, you may contact us at info@aiah.us to exercise those rights. We will respond as required by applicable law.

7. International Use

The App is provided from California, United States. If you use the App from outside that jurisdiction, your data will still be stored locally on your device as described in this policy. By using the App, you consent to the processing described here and to the application of the laws of the State of California, United States, where relevant.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in the App and/or at https://aiah.us/justworkout/privacy_policy and change the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we may also notify you in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
